Welcome to AndersenAlumni.net.  AndersenAlumni.net provides the website to you, subject to the following Terms of Service, which may be updated from time to time without notice to you.

2) Registration Obligations
In consideration of your use of AndersenAlumni.net, you agree to provide true and accurate information about yourself.  AndersenAlumni.net has the right to suspend or terminate your account if you provide false information, post harmful or threatening information about any individual, company, organization, or group.  See Section 4 titled "Member Conduct" for more information.

3) Member Account, Password, and Security
You will provide a password and account designation during the registration process.  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password and account.  AndersenAlumni.net will not be liable for any damage arising from failure to comply with this.

4) Member Conduct
You understand that all information and content which you post are the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated.  This means that you, and not AndersenAlumni.net, are entirely responsible for all content that you post, email, transmit, or make available through AndersenAlumni.net.

• upload, post, email, or make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party, including individuals, groups, organizations, companies, or any other entity;



• upload, post, email, or make available any content that is unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or any other form of solicitation;



• collect or store personal data about any other AndersenAlumni.net user;

You acknowledge that AndersenAlumni.net does not pre-screen content.  AndersenAlumni.net has the right to remove any content that is in violation of these terms of service.

5) Links
AndersenAlumni.net may provide links to other World Wide Web sites or resources.  Because AndersenAlumni.net has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that AndersenAlumni.net is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse other materials from such sites.

6) Limitation of Liability
You understand and agree that AndersenAlumni.net shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damage for loss of profits, goodwill, or any other situation.

7) Eligible Members
By joining AndersenAlumni.net, you acknowledge that you are not a current Andersen employee.  AndersenAlumni.net is not intended to be used by anyone other than Andersen alumni.  AndersenAlumni.net is not responsible or liable for any user's actions while improperly acting as an Andersen alumni.

8) Site Content
No material of any kind, including any text, quotations, comments, or anything else posted on this website from either AndersenAlumni.net members or AndersenAlumni.net administrators can be duplicated, copied, plagarized, etc. The information on AndersenAlumni.net is the property of AndersenAlumni.net.
