Position Objective: The Regional Legal Recruiting Manager provides leadership and, through the development of recruitment strategies and plans, drives the Texas Region�s legal recruiting that successfully attracts national caliber candidates. This role is responsible for supervising and managing all regional legal recruitment functions for on-campus and in-house interviewing of law school candidates and lateral associate, counsel and partner hires for the Dallas, Austin, and Houston offices.
